The standout feature of the Experience Chest Pack is its ability to be mounted directly onto the front of any wader, regardless of the brand, without the need for extra straps or accessories. The pack’s backside is equipped with adjustable nylon webbing on each side, which connects to quick-release buckles. Simply thread the webbing around the wader braces and secure the buckles to ensure the pack sits safely and securely on your chest, providing easy access to all your gear.
The Experience Chest Pack integrates seamlessly with Guideline backpacks, connecting directly to the shoulder straps. Both current and previous backpack models feature the same type of Guideline quick-release buckles. Adjust the length of the nylon webbing for a comfortable fit, then simply click the pack into the backpack’s shoulder straps. For a closer fit to the body, the chest strap of the backpack can be threaded through the loop at the bottom of the chest pack.
For fishing sessions where you’re not wearing waders or prefer an alternative carrying method, the Experience Chest Pack includes an adjustable, cushioned neck strap. This strap connects to the Guideline quick-release buckles on the pack’s backside, allowing it to rest centrally on the chest. To keep the pack secure and prevent it from dangling, it also features an adjustable, elasticated chest strap with quick-attachment clips at each end. Additionally, the neck strap includes a D-ring for attaching a net, keeping it conveniently out of the way on your back.
Our Experience Vest and DW Vest are designed with a nylon fabric/mesh back panel featuring pockets and a D-ring, along with the same Guideline quick-release buckles. This design allows the Experience Chest Pack to connect seamlessly to the vest’s back panels, providing yet another practical way to carry your equipment.
Please note; the back panels are not sold separately, only together with Experience Vest and DW Vest.
The Experience Chest Pack can also be worn on the hip by attaching it to the waist belt of a wader or backpack, offering unparalleled versatility. Simply tighten the nylon webbing to form a small loop, connect the buckles, and thread your belt through the loop. However, this creates a lower position for the pack, making it less suitable for wading in deeper water.
