General Information Regarding Warranty and Claims
· Clean and Dry Items: All items sent to Guideline must be clean and dry. Dirty waders or wet neoprene socks will be returned.
· Empty All Pockets: Ensure all pockets are emptied. Items containing trash, food, or cigarettes will be returned.
· No Moldy Items: Clothing with mold will not be accepted and will be sent back.
· B2B Customer Returns: Returns for B2B customers must be handled through Guideline’s sales department (Fredrik, Lars, or Andreas). Do not submit return requests through the service department.
Right to Reject Warranty Requests: Guideline reserves the right to reject warranty claims if:
o The product has been misused or poorly maintained.
o The product is too old or does not meet warranty criteria.
· Incomplete Submissions: Items sent without proper documentation or information will be returned.
· Individual Case Handling: Warranties must be handled case by case. Bundling multiple cases and submitting them together after several months will no longer be accepted.
